That included having to drive about 20min(40 min. total) into the nearest parts store to buy some longer fuel line because the one they included wasnt long enough. It was the fuel breather hose that was too short. And also adding 3 inches the the grille guard mounting brackets. That was the hardest part and the bed bolts.

Heres the story. It started at 8 am with just me and a buddy. By 10 we had 4(2 craftsman and 2 MIC) torx bits broke from trying to remove the bed bolts. We were just removing bolts at this time. by 12 we had the cab and front clip lifted and set up on jack stands. By 1 PM we had it bolted back down, and nothing else put on(bumper, grille guard, fan shroud). We moved onto the box, and we had a few guys helping. About four to lift the box up(very important to lift up and back at the same time, to make sure you dont hit the box on cab and leave big dents and chips in the paint), and one to run around and put the spacers in. We had that done by about 3pm. 2 of the other guys stuck around to help finish reassembly. Well these guys werent much help, cuz they mounted both front and rear bumpers with the relocating brackets, so there were big gaps. So we ended up pulling the bumpers back off, and moving them back up, so it looked as factory as possible. we didnt finish until 7pm that night.

Yeah, torque em down pretty good anyway. there might be torque specs for your bed bolts. But everything should suck down tight.

Nope, never welded them in. If you plan to do a lot of offroading, and articulating, you may want to weld them on, but if you look at some of my pics in my album, you will see I twisted mine pretty good a few times and they never fell out. I put them in before I bolted the bed back down, and the one on the drivers side will shift side to side a little bit, but only if Im driving on really washboard gravel roads.
