yeah, mine came with a breather tube, but it was about an inch too short. So i had to improvise for the night when we finished, and the next day, went to a surplus center and picked up a longer piece.
As far as gap guards, I used some rubber belting that about 2 feet wide, and about 30 inches long, and only had enough to fill the rear gaps. I need to get some more this spring to do the fronts. The belting was about 1/4 inch thick too. The fronts will be a little thinner so its easier to shape.

Have fun man. Be sure that your breather tube for your gas tank is long enough. BTW, how did the extention for the 4X4 shifter go together?

Lockwashers in my opinion are usless. Just use regular washers and a nylon locknut.

Its six bolts, for the seat brakets. No wait, its two bolts, and four nuts. Very easy. I see you stripped a bed bolt?!?! Thats not good dude. I will try and think of the easiest way to get it out, if you havent gotten it already.

One side at a time. If you look really carfully though, looking from the front of the truck, you can see that the bed is shifted to right a little bit from the cab. As far as the size torx bit, I dont remember exactly. For some reason number 10 comes to mind.
