Noticed you are looking to buy some land, building a house and shop. Sounds like me. i live on one of our family farms, small town Iowa. i am currently building a new shop building. Its a building within a building, difficult to explain. Will post some pictures when its done.

I love how you mention shop too, Thats also a definitely. I've been working out of a tiny garage that doesn't fit my truck, so everything is done out in the weather and the dark...
