Here are all the pieces to the puzzle. The tools you will need are a #30 torque tip, a 10mm socket, a 6 inch extension, a ratchet, a flat blade screw driver, and a crow bar. Before you get it installed I would recommend cleaning the area well and wiping down all parts before putting them back in. When you get them in and tighten down on the nuts you will then want to set the locking lever so it will work properly, thats where the crow bar and flat blade come in. After all done take some WD-40 and spray the whole thing down real good to insure its usability for the years to come.
