Default Help with figuring p0300,p0301,p305,p1635

So my check engine light flashed after accelerating hard on the highway last night., this is the third time this has happened after buying the truck a few weeks ago, this time it stayed on.. I check it this morning at my local Advance Auto Parts. Came back p0300,p0301, and p0305. I figured it has almost 62k on it maybe the plugs need changed. And changed the Upper plenum gasket too.. As I finished up changing plugs and the coils all looked fine.My Sct X4 showed up so I check to see if the codes where still there, which it didn’t so I took the truck for a drive.. Got around 50-60 the check engine light flashed and stayed on again.. Went home erased the same codes, and proceeded to put the can tune in..took it around the block did the same thing, only this time smelled like something is burning on the truck.. Codes came back same codes, along with a p1635 code which I think had to do with changing the tire size cause I have 285/85/18 tires, I erased them. And swapped my coils between 4 and 5. Took a drive, CEL flashed and stayed on again, checked it still shows cyl 5 misfire.. so I’m lost...
