Default Coolant leak
93 5.0 leaking coolant out of silver plug with orange wire conector coming out of it slightly above the starter. What the crap is this part called?

Frost plug. The one you're looking at is probably the block heater plug which replaces a frost plug. You can either replace it with a new block heater or a frost plug, whichever you prefer.
