Default "Clunk" at takeoff getting "clunkier": '89 F150 Custom

Truck has the 302 5.0, automatic with overdrive. Last year ujoints were replaced by mechanic, he said carrier bearing was ok. This did resolve those particular clunks and whines. Over the past few months, I've noticed a new clunk on takeoff, and it's getting more noticeable. Is a new carrier bearing and slip yoke/rear end greasing a good start for new issue? Thanks.

Check your radius arms and bushings - first place I would check when I hear clunks.

Axle pivot/I-beam bushings would be another place to check.
