Default 5.8 4x2 to 4x4 Project

Hello everyone,

This will be my first thread so please go easy!
I purchased the a 1995 F-150 Flareside - 5.8L - 4X2 - 225000 - E40D Trans
After having it for a little over a month it overheated on the interstate. It was on cruise control when it started to slow down, which is odd.
It then started missing really bad. My acceleration was obviously sporadic and i could not get it over 60MPH. All the while the temp is going up and my oil pressure is going down.
I got stopped and had it towed to a shop where it is under investigation. Any insight would be help before I pay for a diagnoses.

So with all that being said, I am using this as an excuse to replace everything - Engine, Transmission, Rear end and add Transfer Case and Front end.

I have done a lot of research and it seems like the work will be as easy as it could be when you are doing and engine/tranny/drivetrain swap.
My biggest concern is the suspension. Will my f150 suspension work when I swap everything out? the parts are all coming off an f250 so I am not sure. It seems to be a topic that gets brushed over.

Any insight would be helpful! I will upload pics and videos after the transformation is completed!

The rear springs are fine.
The front diff setup in a 250 is the Dana 50 which has leaf springs; so nowhere for your coil to sit.
