Heater Fan Power

Hi All, and thanks for having me....

I have a 91 F250 4X4 with no power to the heater fan. There is the #9 fuse on the fuse panel above the e-brake that has power on both sides. Other than that there is no power at the controls, solenoid in in the passenger foot well, resistors, fan motor, no where....

My question is where is the power supposed to be coming from for the heavy wires that go to all of these connections ???

Thanks

Hi Again

I have probed all of the fusible links that come from the slave solenoid on the passenger fender beside the battery and all are good. I believe that all the power wires then travel around the front of the engine and enter the cab via a large connector on the firewall in front of the clutch pedal.

Is this where the power for the fan comes in ???

I cannot follow the wiring from the back of the selector switch behind the dash and am looking for some help as to how the power gets there because I have none....

Thanks...

The fuse holder was corroded badly.
All is well.
At least I learned a lot by tearing everything apart, now to put back together....
