Default 96 F150 Manual Trans problem

looking for help!! I have a 96 f150 4.9 2wd eddie bauer with manual tranmission. 181k miles on the truck 30k on new clutch. problem: cant get into any gears without "forcing". the clutch paddle has no resistance/pressure when pressed. when in gear at stop truck creeps like an automatic if I'm not on the brake. so i'm guessing for some reason cluth is not dis-engaging transmission. any suggestions on where to start how to fix?!?

How does the fluid level look? Sounds like you have air in the system or a leak.

Check the fluid level in your clutch master cylinder. Screw the cap off and there is a rubber cup under the cap that you also have to lift off, before checking or adding brake fluid.

You most likely have a leak in your slave cylinder. If it's a slow leak, you can keep adding fluid and get by for a while. If it's a fast leak, you will need major work soon.
