Default 94 f150 300 I6 axle sag?

My question is this, why does it sag in the front when not on fully level ground. Pics are of it sitting on slight incline/decline.

You just backed into the spot. Toe-in works in reverse when you back up, making the wheels tip in at the top. Drive it forward and they'll straighten out or tip out at the top.
You have a bit more tipping than most, check the alignment and check for anything loose like bearings or ball joints.

I have a worn ball joint, but you explained it, thanks a bunch.
