Trouble with radio/horn

My horn and radio in my truck are not working properly. The horn doesn't work at all. The radio seems to be function right, but when you power it on, the speakers just pop and don't make another sound. The airbag light also flashes. I have a 1994 F-150 with 2-wheel drive and regular cab. I made this video to show what is wrong:
Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

I'll bet your cruise control doesn't work either? If so your clockspring is broke.

No cruise control on this truck.

I'd still bet your clockspring is broke.

How much would it be to get that fixed?

I'd just be guessing. I'd say maybe 30 dollars for the part and an hour or hour and a half labor. Again just a guess.

The 2 problems are probably unrelated. Check the horns themselves first - see if they're getting power and if they'll sound if you put power to them.
They'll also probably have a fuse or a relay to them as well.
And there is the clockspring as well - it's behind the steering wheel, you have to take it off to get at it. Disconnect the battery and let it sit for an hour, you don't want to accidentally blow the airbag - hell of a nuisance, and it might hurt a bit if your face is right there at the time.
