Hi does any one happen to know where you can get these

 

Grab a harness from a junkyard is what I'd do
Those spade terminals are on blower motor connectors, and some blower motors came new with an additional pigtail that has those exact connectors

 

Looks like a DJ616A.

Ford dealers have dozens of drawers full of those terminals, each drawer has a line drawing of the terminals in the drawer. Tech brings a sample to parts and they match it up. Should work the same way at the retail counter IF their retail counter is in the same space as their service department counter. In our case here those drawers full of terminals are a mile north of our wholesale warehouse.

We do sell to the public, those terminals aren't something we can easily do because they're a mile away and we don't have the sample in hand. I would suggest calling your local dealer first to be sure they can easily match it up.
