Default Steering wheel controls

I have a 1995 Ford f150 xlt runs fine the only problem I have is the steering wheel controls do not work horn included how would I go about fixing that or what could be the problem?

i wonder if the steering wheel was pulled and they forgot to hook that back up. To check:

disconnect battery
waits 30 minutes
remove airbag module via the screws on the back

at this point i think you can see the connections. If not, rent a steering wheel puller.

I'm just guessing that your airbag light is flashing. If so.. get a new clock spring and replace it (flashing 3-2).

The steering wheel moves up and down it appears that there's a white desk on the back of the wheel that's broken

The white "disk" is the clock spring. It's supposed to turn with the wheel. If your air bag light is flashing with a sequence of 3 flashes, a pause, 2 flashes, then you need to replace the clock spring.

And it seems to be your clock spring like they said above, it's a pretty easy job.
