Can some one please tell me if I can switch 1996 F150 5.0. V8 speedo with tach in 1994 F150 4.9 .

As long as it's a gas motor & a 1996, year specific, it should work.
I just installed a '96 cluster w/ tach in my '96 4.9L & it was literally plug & play.
Just make sure it's for '96 & a gas engine.
