I think this one shows it as inertia to dash switch to pumps

WELL i tried the relay. looks like its working right. kicks on once running and off when it stops. i ran it a few minutes with applying power directly to the pump. the wire sch on this doesnt look right i have power at the inertia switch with the key on constant. I also moved aronnd the relays so dont think thats it. looks like pcm is good and a have a wire issue

FIX!!!! found tracing wires that the wire from truck to pump on the truck side of the harness was not making a connection. pulled the wire and reseated. so simple but now know a lot more how this truck thinks
