I have ID'd all the connectors other than this one.

Two pin male connector with two wires. Wire colors are solid light blue and light blue with a black stripe. Possible that it is gray with a black stripe.

Couldn't find anything online or in my Haynes manual for this particular connector.

Went to the junkyard and found an 88 with the same motor and cut the female plug out of it. The wire colors coming out of the female connector from that truck are solid light blue and light blue with a black stripe. Picture attached.

Someone, ANYONE, please... Help me ID this connector and where it's supposed to go or what it plugs into.

There will be several possible functions for each color combo - make a list for each connector. When you see the same system mentioned for a few wires, you can guess that the connector belongs to that system. If you can't figure one out, post its colors, and the list of all possible functions for each wire in it.
Steve, please see post above this one. The wire color chart you listed is for trucks much newer than mine, does that matter? None of the light blue wire descriptions make sense for my application unless I'm mistaken.

Any insight on what this mystery connector could be?

Ford generally uses the same circuit colors for all years & models, given the same circuit function. That's why that chart exists. Note that circuit #1 (probably the first electric circuit to have a colored wire on any Ford) is the electric horn. I assume that's what you'd find on any antique Ford horn, and probably any 2019.

What did you cut the JY connector away from? Didn't you follow its wires before cutting them? You might have been able to take the device, without any cutting/splicing, and put it into your truck. I'd guess it has something to do with the RABS valve or 4WD indicator lights, based on the chart. Look at the unused connector near the center of this diagram:

Truck was pretty picked over. Loom it was in had already been cut underneath the cab. If it was ABS related that would be awesome because my ABS light is on however all wires to the valve on my truck seem to be intact and connected. Other than the modulator and master cylinder are there anything brake related these two wires could connect to?

Unfortunately the yard was closing and didn't pay attention if it was a 4wd or not.
