Missing sensor!

Missing sensor!
The sensor fell apart on me one day while I was driving and I have no idea what it is or where it goes. Truck still drives fine. Any ideas what it is?
Hello I’m new to the truck world and I own a beautiful multi colored F150 and one day I was driving it and this sensor fell apart and then touched the frame and shorted out my sending unit all it did was burn out the fuse but any ways I have no idea where this goes or what sensor it is and can’t find anything online any chance you guys could point me in the right direction?

You have NO information about your truck in your signature:

You didn't say WHICH fuse blew, or what sending unit you're talking about. It doesn't look like it could reach to the frame, but all you have to do is find the wire colors, and then look them up on the wiring diagram to see what they're for.
