I have a 1990 F150 xlt lariat 5.0L 8cyl. I have put a new battery, a new alternator and a new starter solenoid in it. MY LIGHTS STILL FLICKER ALL OF THEM!!!!!!!! I cant seem to find the problem.

I'd start by going over (and cleaning up and tightening) every ground on the truck. That's one exercise that costs very little and quite often eliminates problems.
Then I'd have to think about the headlight switch.
