Factory Tach connection for old-school engine swap
I recently purchased a '93 Flareside with a retro-swapped carbed 347 Stroker engine. The EFI engine harness is GONE.
The truck has a factory tachometer. I'd like to make it operable. There's lot's of info out there about adding an aftermarket tach and also retro-fitting the tach dash into non-tach truck - but nothing about using the original factory tach with a single coil ignition system.
I have a tach signal from an MSD 6A. What's the easiest way to make this work?
