egr delete and running rich?
I converted my 92 sd 5.8 to a MAF mustang pcm and i was curious if having the egr valve deleted would cause truck to run excessively rich? I'm trying to play out all the possibilities on this. Fuel pressure is right on. I have to get timing a little closer but not enough to pour black smoke. So just kinda intrigured if having an open EGR valve circuit could cause rich condition?
