The ECM fuse keeps blowing. I got 12 V coming on both sides of the fuse bank. And when I test the right side, my circuit tester blows a fuse. I don’t see anything logically fray or grounded out. Someone told me to replace the PCM relay Which doesn’t seem to be the issue
