Default Alternator replacement

I have a 95 Ford F-150 302 and my alternator went out lastnight. I want to upgrade from the 95amp to 130amp, I was wondering if I went to the junk yard and got one what vehicle would bolt right in?

Best bet would be a mid-90's E-series van or explorer.

Anything with the same mounting bolt pattern, and VR connector. If the connectors aren't clocked the same direction relative to the mount, it's easy to rotate the rear casehalf. Click these & read the captions:

Make sure you clean all the mounting surfaces before installation.
