Lightbulb 96 Eddie Bower Lighting

Just bought a 96 F150 Eddie Bower Edition, 4.9 I6 M5OD. Noticed that only the headlights, (no DRLs) brakes (no tails), and signals work. I have no dash lights (gauges do work though), cruise or horn. I have checked all fuses in cab and under hood and none have popped. Previous owner did replace ignition system under the hood and ECU. Any ideas? I'm hoping its just one bad ground in the engine bay.

Follow the instructions in this caption to remove the instrument cluster bezel:

Then inspect the headlight switch terminals for signs of heat, as shown here:

Probably two separate issues - bad headlight switch and bad clockspring. Follow Steve83s advice on the switch. Does your airbag light flash?
