Default 95 F-150 4.9l M5R2 spark fuel no start

Hey guys, I was driving truck last Monday and killed it to get a bite to eat went to crank truck up and wouldn't start. At first I had no fuel pump prime in front or rear tank. I checked the 20A maxi fuse and relay, they were good. Checked inertia switch and tank selector switch they were good. Power at fuel pump connector front and rear tank good. Got new pump and you have to cut harness and wire together, did not prime. Had truck towed, soon as I got stopped tried to crank it had primed at the pumps and would turn over but no spark. Continued to work on truck and have spark and fuel still no crank. Bought noid light tester only to see that the injectors are pulsing. Installed new coil still have spark and fuel no start. Going in the morning and getting a new distributor. Any ideas on a no start with fuel and spark?

Timing off? I have had the pin that holds the gear on the distributor fail and the gear spin? Rotor spins when cranking?

So it seems my distributor gear on my camshaft is worn and its creating slop in the firing order.

No, I got it to crank on choke cleaner then backfired out throttle body and died, have to locate my timing light tomorrow and check the timing.

Okay timing is 10° before TDC on cylinder one with spout unplugged with only a few degrees slop in rotor. Still won't start, have spark and fuel.

Do you have have spark at the plugs?
Do you have fuel psi? 35-45
You said you got a noid light for injectors do they flash?
Was motor really hot?
Does the truck have good compression?

When to the part store and returned fuel pump I bought for a new one got home and installed it, truck cranked on first try and idles great! But when I take off it will go about 50 yards then dies, maxi fuse #22 blown. Replace fuse truck cranks right up, go to take off it dies. Had truck running for 25 minutes occasionally giving it throttle up to 3000rpms and still runs. Get in truck to drive it goes about 50 yards and dies, maxi fuse #22 blown. I'm at a lose and have missed work for a week almost and have not got my truck running. PLEASE HELP!
