213 spout circuit open

This isn't my only code.I have a few more but just a few seems like a lot. They may be relatively simple then again they could be complex.
I have replaced most if not all of the ignition. What would give me this code?
I pulled this spout connector out to check. It ohmed out.
Please help me. Trying to get this truck code free.

As a matter of fact I had one for EGR. I knew it was bad. I just replaced it. CEL is staying off I have not checked since to see if there any codes without the light yet.
