Default single din to double din help?

does anyone out there know how to convert a single din to a double din radio slot?
i have a 1992 f150 but any help is appreciated

It's not impossible to switch from a single-DIN setup to a double-DIN setup; however, professional dash modification may be necessary.

thanks i know it's possible im just wondering if moving the wiring would be hard..

Not really it's just a matter of either extending the existing wire or re-routing it so it reaches to the new mount. Which double DIN stereo are you going with?

well im not sure yet i have a hook up to wholesale radios and pretty much everything audio so i haven't decided

The reason why I ask is because depending which one you go with will ultimately decide how your wiring will be routed.
