Air Blows out of floor vents when set on face vents
Air blows out of feet vents when on face vents when accelerating st higher rpms, i’m not sure how that happens, because i tested both my vacuum actuators and they work, it also stops blowing when on Max A/c when i stand on the gas peddle and rpms go up

Steve83,
I experience the door flutter/defrost cooling issue under WOT conditions; rare as they are, and short of a couple of fittings, have replaced the vacuum tubing completely. Is the plastic vacuum canister on the 95 and newer F150s located in a similar location as the "coffee can"? I am planning a raid on a salvage yard in Jax, FL this weekend and the canister is now on the list.

Same place; 1 additional (same-size) fastener; 11mm = 7/16".

I have the same issue (AC shuts off under hard acceleration). My vacuum lines have already been replaced but the canister has not. It is rusty so I'm assuming there is a leak somewhere. Ordered a plastic one today, hoping that will fix it.
