Default RPM Needle Stuck

Almost every time I start my truck the tach needle is stuck at 0. If I "gently" knock the cover it will start working again. It doesn't stick at all while driving. I know its not a real issue but more of an annoyance. Is there a recommended cleaner or lubricant I can use to make it stop sticking? Don't really like the idea of blasting my cluster with WD or White Lithium Spray.

I would probably remove the cluster and use some compressed air and then just work it a lightly with my finger to see if anything is sticking or not, doesn't seem like the best idea to spray anything in there. It's fairly easy to remove, had mine out a few times and disassembled/cleaned it all.

It's probably the fact that the gauge face is no long adhered to the backlighting frame. Click this & read the caption:
