Light up door panel trim?
does anyone know where to get these panels/trim pieces? I like the lighting and would like to keep it but am not having any luck finding replacement parts

That's all custom-made wood or wood-look overlays (which is why it didn't last). Find a local woodworker who'll copy it, but expect to pay $$$...
