It's not heat only is it? Heat only doesn't have the button.

My truck was heat only until I swapped in a/c. I went through a lot of trucks picking out the nicest parts in the yard. Pretty sure my panel was from a '90.

Edit: might be because of the trim package.

button? I know some of the 87-91 controls are different, but on mine theres just 3 levers. Sean, did yours perhaps come from a bronco or a nite edition. thats the only one ive ever seen with that blue square button.

Yeah, I don't know why some are different. It came from a regular old F150. I chose it because of the button but I did see those too.
