Only if the condenser is clogged with leaves and crap. You should check the pressure, but I would say it needs more freon.

Still have not checked and have not added. My bet at this point is that it has plenty but the high side is getting too high and hot and the orifice tube is bad or stopped up grrr. I really don't wantto break it open going to have to rent the manifols gague.
