Blower only works on high
I have a 97 OBS f250, the heater blower only works on the highest setting. As far as I know everything else is in working order. As far as I can tell.

Try cleaning the leaves & dirt out of the evaporator so the resistor doesn't overheat. It's easier than it sounds, and does NOT require discharging any refrigerant:

I've found that motors can often be revived just by oiling their bearings through the vent-tube hole.
