does anybody know if they sell rollpans for flare sides? i have a 95 ext cab flareside.

I'm sure somebody does...I'd check eBay, Amazon, street scene, etc. Or pick up an issue of Truckin' magazine and call one of the places advertising body kits for the newer trucks...they probably stock way more products than they can show in the mag.

I don't know if they sell roll pans for Flaresides, however I have one on my 1993 F150 Flareside that I do not want, I'm trying to find a normal bumper, and I'm selling my roll-pan if you're interested.

I just bought this one for my 93 Flare Side. I have had zero luck finding a actual bumper for it. On line or through junkyards. This is the only roll pan I have found. I haven't installed it yet (I'll paint it first) but it attaches with just a few self tapping screws.
