The pivot point, a ring at bottom of tailgate on bottom right side has broken, bumbed porch when setting up to unload ridding mower. There is a ring on bottom that seems to slide over a pin, The bottom of pivot seems to be part of welded part to tailgate. Have not taken apart yet to verify. What is repair procedure as can use tailgate but it no longer lines up correctly. Can it be fixed or is new part to be welded in? What is fix, can a "ring" be welded in or ring fixed on tailgate? .
