Default Exterior body trim

Gents, I need some help deciding whether or not to install the exterior body trim that goes from the front of the truck to the rear. I recently had my truck painted and I don't have it but I am undecided whether to put it on. What you you guys think?

It's your truck - only you can choose how you want it to look. You've seen it WITH the trim - now you've seen it withOUT the trim. Pick one.

Or don't... Ride it for a while, and decide later.

Hell no leave it off - I couldn't get rid of it fast enough on mine. Only thing it might save you from is the occasional parking lot ding from a swinging door.

Great looking truck.

They look great and I like that they are white. I’ve only seen them sold in black.

Yeah, I've looked a bit for new white ones but could only find the black...

The trim is all about the styling that you want, but i have noticed that the rubber protects your truck from getting hit by other people's doors in parking lots, and it also prevents your doors from scuffing or scratching other people's cars if you oped up the door and accidentally tap them.
I personally think the trim looks really good, and im definitely putting it back on when I paint my truck. and it does well with the impact strip for the bumpers.

I vote to leave it off, much cleaner look without it.

Can someone tell me how far above the lower body line is the bottom of this trim supposed to be? It looks like an inch or so in the pictures I have seen. Thanks

It's roughly aligned with the rub strip on the front bumper, and parallel to the body lines.
