1996 f150.
Hello, I am new to the site and I have a question on my F150. The truck is a 96 long bed, extra cab, 4wd with a 3 inch leveling kit and dual tanks. I pulled the bed off and installed a Royal flatbed. I will need to install new gas filler tubes and necks, any idea where I can find new filler tubes or will I have to customize / build them myself? I am guessing the new filler tube will need to be at least 12 inches longer than the existing.
Thank you in advance.

check with a heavy ford truck dealer...one that sells 450/550 trucks. they have many parts available to mount and/or extend filler necks for various work bodies. where i work we manufacture and install carrier/rollback bodies on these chassis. these dealers should have anything you need.

There's a reason those parts are only available from heavy truck suppliers. The empty flatbed is more weight than the truck is supposed to carry. You should have started with an F250 or heavier.

Yeah, good luck with that. Try not to kill anyone but yourself.
