There are no aftermarkets with clear lenses or anything cool.
Take a hack saw, cut out the stock lens, seal in lexan behind it, and be happy Beam pattern goes to ****, but with dual beam HIDs you can still see far more than stock with halogens. I can't comment on beam pattern with halogens and the custom lens because I've had HIDs the whole time

Custom 5x7 LED headlights
So I've looked high and low for aftermarket lights for 91 Broncos. At best I could only find LED light bulbs. Until I got this idea. Jeep 5x7 LED lights with signal light bar in housing's.
Finished lights
5x7 LED mounted on headlamp
Test fit
Molded housing to fit the 5x7 lights

So not trying to be a jerk here, and I commend your effort greatly, but these LED lights are unfortunately absolutely illegal for use on public roads. They are just flood lights and have no controlled beam pattern for traffic.
Right now the best option for our 8th gen F150's is removing the existing plastic lens, putting in some projectors, and putting a polycarbonate sheet over the top as a new lens. I just did a retrofit with HID projectors and am extremely happy with the outcome. This way your headlamps will be legal for road use and assuming you aim them correctly will pass DOT inspections - and you won't be that jerk blinding all the oncoming drivers.
Don't get me wrong those LED lights are badass for offroad use, but don't be "that guy".

I don't have my bricknose anymore, but....
For the most part, I agree with you. If aftermarket would just make a modern looking headlight, with a clear lens and reflector, I think it'd look killer. Much like the clear options for the 92-96 front end. All that extra LED stuff going on doesn't do anything for me, personally
