Default Help! Transmission issues

Okay so about a week ago my 1995 F150 351w 4x4 e4od trans wondefully decided to go into netural while i was on the highway the gear selector was still in drive. Anyway went to a forum website found out its probably the MLPS so i adjusted it then the truck was really weird, it wouldnt shift past 2nd gear wouldnt go faster then 10mph and it shifted to third once at 4500rpms and it felt like it slipped into gear. So i kept messing with the MLPS. Then the truck wouldnt start. Changed the MLPS truck started but still having the same issues as i stated above, as well it whines in second gear. Reverse catches very hard so does netural, sometimes park will grind when you go from Drive to Park. You can shift from 1-2 manually it feels like its slipping into gear when you do. The truck has great take off power but once you get up to like 1500rpm it just has nothing like i said wont go past 15mph i hit 20mph once when it finally shifted to third. I checked all my sensors/connections, fluid level, computer connections. I dont know what the issue can be. My dad thinks its a torque converter. My neighbor thinks its the valve body. Any help is appreciated.
