torque converter problems ?

Default torque converter problems ?
truck will not shift on its own. i have to put it in first, then into 2nd, overdrive off it goes into 3rd, then at 55 it will go into 4th win the over drive is turned on. im pretty sure it the tq converter just wanted some 2nd opinions. and yes the tranny has fluid

Sounds more like an electrical/solenoid problem to me.
