Angry m50dr2 clutch problems

Hey all,
This is my first post on this site. I'm having some trouble with a clutch issue. I have searched all over various forums and on google but can't find anything that quite fits my issue. I have a 1990 F150 4X4 5.0 with the M5ODR2 transmission. About a month ago I was driving home and the clutch went to the floor and never came back. I got it home and replaced installed a new Luk clutch kit (part# LUK-07-032), Luk master cylinder (part# LUK-LMC170) and Luk slave cylinder (part# LUK-LSC002B). Once everything was put back together I bled the clutch and went to take it for a spin. I am getting massive slipping. The RPM's go up but the truck speed doesn't follow. I don't have any leaks on the back of the engine for fluids to get on it. I did not resurface the flywheel because there was no hot spots or noticeable wear. Plus this summer i will be dropping in a 351 and will need a new fly wheel anyways. I called Summit Racing and Luk both up. Summit couldn't give me any answers to what it may be and Luk only said that it sounds like there is a problem with the hydraulic system. They told me to try and pry the slave back and if it goes easy then it's fine and if it doesn't it could mean a kink in the line. I looked the line over. There is no places where it could be kinking. I am at a complete loss. I have no pulled the transmission out yet because I would like a few more ideas about what it could be before I start that so I know everything i should check. A few things to note. The guy i bought this truck from has royally screwed a lot of things up on it. I am constantly having to return a lot of things back to OEM from the halfa** way he hacked it together. I did notice that when i installed the slave cylinder the bolts he had on were a bit to long with allowed the slave to sit freely. I added a few washers to ensure it fit nice and tight. Not sure if it is supposed to have play or not but im assuming not. I know the flywheel could be a possiblity but I dont really see it causing me to lose that much transfer. I'll get over 3000 rpm in first and only be going 5-10 MPH with no hint of increasing. Any info you can provide will be much appreciated.

Side note - I also installed a brand new hydraulic line on it. The slave that he had on the truck had the clip that held the line in, the one they sent me was the quick disconnect. So i had to buy the new line in order to plug it in. If there is any other information you need to help diagnose let me know. Thanks in advance.
