I have an E4OD paired with a pretty modified 302. The problem I have is that while I do have lots of low end torque, there is quite a lot of midrange- top end power past 3k rpm. The transmissions shift points most always shifts up around or before 2100 rpm which would be fine if the motor was stock but instead I'm losing out on that top end power. It is also fairly reluctant to downshift when getting on the throttle, again resulting in low rpms. Basically I dont like how it decides to shift when trying to go fast but is fine for putting around town. I want to intsall paddles and i want to be able to switch between paddles and full auto. I also dont wanna lose cruise control. If possible I'd like to avoid getting some expensive controller that tunes how the trans acts in full auto, I just wanna be able to switch to paddles when i want. Does anyone know of a kit that enables me to do this? Thank you.
