Clutch?

There's no play in the firewall, and I'll have to wait until my fiancé gets home so I can have her step on the pedal, while I'm under it. I don't really know what to look for though, how much is the full range of movement?

I read that you bled it good, but I've read an awful lot of posts over the years about guys having trouble getting the air out completely. It seems that it's a bit of a real nuisance.
If it's not the firewall flexing, you're probably looking at parts and lots of labour - so maybe read everything you can find about bleeding, just to be really sure before you spend any time and money on things you don't need.
Like I said, I haven't done a hydraulic clutch personally, but your symptoms are certainly consistent with air in the system.

We'd do it

That must be your problem. You don't need help bleeding it, it's not brakes. Everybody bleeds it wrong, even some mechanics. Driving it usually bleeds it out, and I assumed you were driving it so I assumed that wasn't the problem. Stop opening the bleeder, you only pump the pedal. When you open the bleeder you have to start all over. Sometimes it takes a lot of pumping, sometimes it's fast. Sometimes I just got it good enough to drive and the rest of the air worked out over the next day or two.
If you want to test the master unhook the line from the slave, it caps itself off. Then pump the pedal. If the pedal becomes hard to where you can't pump it the master is fine. If it never gets hard the master or line is bad.

The master is new, it went out about 6 months ago, that was the last time we bled it or anything. I'm fairly certain that bleeding it isn't the problem.

Don't most clutch kits come with the throw out bearing? Also will I need a new flywheel?
