I have to do a rear diff service soon, and I want to replace the diff cover with something a little nicer. Was thinking of using the cover for a 2013 Mustang GT500, nice finned cast aluminum cover for the Mustang 10 bolt 8.8 but....wasn't sure if it'd fit.

Do not get this cover. It will not work on your 8.8. I tried it on my truck and the fins on the inside hit up against the gears. You'll need a different aluminum cover. The higher capacity covers should work.
