Default 89 F150 302 Build

I'm looking (as mentioned on another thread a long time ago) to do a mild build on a 302 for my truck.

I have a couple of questions.

Is there any point in going to a different intake? Upper or lower?

Searching for GT40 heads, I found these

Your opinions? Will my stock intake bolt up? What about exhaust?

Can someone recommend a good RV cam?

Watch the cam - 95 & 96 went to 302 HO, that cam requires a different spark and injector firing order. You will have a speed density setup which is bank fire on the injectors, but they still have to be injecting on the right bank at the right time.
