when I get into the throttle hard taking off or sitting in neutral it Boggs down or dies. Replaced spark plugs throttle position sensor replaced the fuel filter about 3000 miles ago.

Dont really know the the history of this truck bought it almost a year ago driving back and forth to work been running like a champ and bout a week ago driving down the highway on my way home from work it was like I lost all power from the pedal but truck still running and rolling let off the gas get back into it started going some ore then it did it again. Did several of time I pulled over to the side of the road and it dies on me. After 5-10 minutes finally got it started again I eased it back home but as soon as I gave it any gas it would act up again. What do I do?
