You're the one posting incorrect guesses & claims in every reply. I've been fixing cars for a few decades; at home, at independent shops, and at dealerships; and I've never tested OBD-II electronically, or otherwise - certainly not by any standard procedure. OBD-II is a communication protocol, so it doesn't need to be tested. This thread is about EMISSIONS testing, and emissions are not even similar to OBD-II. Your posts are like fingernails on a blackboard.
