Default 1995 f150 conversion to 4wd

I have a 133 inch wb, 5.0 with e4od trans and 3.08 gear, non limited slip. A great low mileage truck. (1) If I do the conversion with stock parts do I need to do any chassis mods? (2) Do I need to modify my rear diff since it is not LS? (3) Is the only trans modification the installation of the transfer case adapter and shortening the output shaft? Thanks for any advice.

Pretty much a bolt up as far as the chassis goes.
Plenty of 4x4 trucks with non limited slip rear diffs.
The output shaft is the difference in the transmission.
Rear driveshaft will be different.
A dana 44 from 94 or later will have the same brakes as your truck - but that's not totally an essential.
You will want to go with a manual shift transfer case if you want to avoid a lot of dash wiring items.
