Not much. You should be checking pressure at the rail.

I need to know the pressure to determine if it can feed a race engine with a 750 carb. The carb needs 7 psi so if the pressure is that or a little more then I should be able to use the stock pumps with a regulator that has a return. The main pump puts out too much pressure so I plan to take it out of the system.

I think it puts out about 9 but you should eliminate the high pressure pump and see for yourself at the rail. You might be able to just unplug the high pressure pump and check.
