Default 1992 F150 302 - warm weather running bad

Hello, I have a 92 f105 302 / 5.0. The issue I’m have is that the truck will run great in cold weather. I notice that the manual transmission starts to shift better and the engine does not rev up as high when accelerating. In warm weather the truck struggles to get up to 3000 rpm, but in cold weather the sound of the engine changes entirely. Lower sound better acceleration and shifting way better. Please help no check engine lights on , but I’m sure there is something not running right. Thanks

Check your fuel pressure when hot as opposed to cold and change your tranny fluid.
Might help.
